Connecting your Sales Channels

In order for TaxJar to create your Sales Tax Reports, you need to first connect your sales channels (where or how you sell) to your TaxJar account.

1
To connect your marketplace, cart(s) or platforms to TaxJar, log into TaxJar and go to Account > Linked Accounts.
2
Select which integration you wish to connect to. Each integration varies in the following steps to authorize TaxJar to import your sales data.

To help you get started, please review the following resources from our official integrations:

Need to add in-store sales or sales data from an integration we don't yet support? You can import a spreadsheet to your TaxJar account here.

Important: The following integrations use the TaxJar API to provide sales tax calculation for your sales.   Building your own integration? Check out our  API Documentation!

After your cart is connected to TaxJar, your transaction data will be compiled into the Sales Tax Reports which will display on your Dashboard.

Please note, some integrations require upgraded plans. If you have more sales tax requirements across multiple channels, we highly recommend scheduling a demo with our Sales team to review the correct plan for you!
