Billing: Why was I billed more than I expected?

In addition to your Monthly or Annual subscription fee and any AutoFile fees (if enrolled), you may also see a flex fees charge on your receipt.

  • These fees are not considered "subscription payments", and they are only charged when you exceed the monthly order limit for your selected subscription.

You can see your monthly order history in your Plan & Billing page.

  • You can also view your Subscription Payment History and view/print receipts in your Plan & Billing page.
  • If you use Square or Shopify to manage your billing, you will need to log into your respective account to view your billing details.
