How do I update who manages my client's billing?
If you need to update who manages your client’s billing, please e-mail TaxJar support.
- A support representative will reach out to you within our standard business hours to notify you when we've reset the Client's Account.
- Once our Support team has disconnected the client’s account, please send your client a new invitation.
- Then, you can select who will manage and be billed for the account’s subscription.
