How can I get a copy of my TaxJar receipt or invoice?

We display a record of all payments you've made to TaxJar for your records when you visit Account > Plan & Billing.

All receipts for TaxJar subscription payments will be listed under 'Subscription Payment History' on the Plan & Billing page, and you can click the 'View' button to see detailed printable receipts.

How can I get a copy of my TaxJar receipt or invoice if I pay through Square or Shopify?

If you're billed through Shopify or Square, you'll see a line item on your invoice from your cart that references TaxJar. Please see our Shopify Billing FAQ and Square Billing FAQ for more detail.
