My Dashboard says my AutoFile enrollment is Pending; what does that mean?

What is a Pending enrollment?

After you save your enrollment form, TaxJar's Filing Team reviews all of the information you submitted for accuracy. 

  • During this review period, you will see that your enrollment is "Pending" on your Dashboard.
  • This review typically is complete within 7 business days.

Please note that you won't be able to make any changes to the details in your enrollment form during this time. 

  • If you try to change details in the enrollment form while your details are under review, you'll see a message that says "Your AutoFile enrollment is pending verification. You'll receive an email with important updates, soon."
  • If you need to make a change to the details you submitted in your enrollment form, please email our support with the details you'd like to change.

If there are any issues with your enrollment form after your enrollment is reviewed, our filing team will reach out to you for your assistance in correcting any invalid details. After you are able to correct any issues to our filing team's satisfaction, you will then receive an email notification to confirm that you have been successfully enrolled.
