We realize your transaction volume may fluctuate above the transaction limit for your plan at times.
If this happens, rather than force you to permanently upgrade to a higher plan, you will simply be charged the price of the plan that matches your transaction volume for the month when the overage occurred.
We'll never add any additional penalty fees just because you went over your plan one month. We'll also never permanently upgrade you to a higher plan.
If this begins to occur frequently, it's totally up to you to decide if you want to upgrade to the plan that best matches your transaction or API call volume. If you're not ready to choose a bigger plan yet, you can stay on the plan you have, but you will see the overage fee any time you go over your plan's monthly transaction limit.
