Why didn't I receive the email with my CSV export?

If you've requested a CSV export but never received the email letting you know that your CSV file is ready to review,  we recommend the following:

1. Confirm that the email address where you are expecting the email matches the email here in your Business Profile.

2. If your accountant manages your TaxJar account through their TaxJar Accountant dashboard, the email with the CSV Export is sent to their email inbox instead of yours.

  • You would need to ask your accountant to forward you the email with the CSV. Because the link in the email expires, we advise your accountant to download the export file first, then attach and email it to you. 

3. If you do not have an accountant or anyone else that manages your TaxJar account, we recommend checking in your Spam folders.
