I'm getting an 'Access Denied' message for my CSV export

The Order export URL in the email you receive after you request a CSV export of your transactions is time-sensitive. This means that if you attempt to download a file that was exported on a prior day, it will expire and it will no longer be able to be downloaded.

  • To get a fresh link, you can request a new export.
  • Once you get the email with the new link, please save the file to your computer as soon as possible so it won't expire.
  • After it's saved to your computer, you will be able to open it with Excel, Numbers or Google Docs at a time that's convenient for you.
