What does "There was an error connecting to one of your accounts" mean?
If your account displays a message saying "There was an error connecting to one of your accounts," this means that something has changed in your cart that has broken the Linked Account connection with TaxJar, preventing us from importing your data.
How do I fix the error with my cart or store in my TaxJar account's Linked Accounts?
To correct this, click "Fix Issues," which will take you to your Linked Accounts page.
- Click on the icon for the cart you have connected and follow the instructions you see on the next screen.
- You'll be asked to correct your tokens or URLs and save the changes to refresh the cart's connection with your TaxJar account.
Once this process is complete, the message to 'Fix Issues" should be removed.
