We want your experience with TaxJar to be successful–from onboarding and integration, to your daily compliance needs. That’s why, in addition to offering a complete sales tax solution, our Professional plan also includes a dedicated Onboarding Specialist.
Our onboarding service combines direct support from our team with a personalized onboarding plan tailored to your specific setup. While you’ll partner with an Onboarding Specialist, your team will be responsible for carrying out the setup tasks.
When you’ve successfully completed onboarding, you’ll be introduced to the support team, who can help you with any questions or issues going forward.
