Cancel a TaxJar Account Created In Shopify
If you created your TaxJar account by adding the TaxJar app in Shopify, your billing is controlled by Shopify rather than TaxJar.
You can cancel your account from your TaxJar account's Plan & Billing page. Then please be sure that you remove the TaxJar app from within your Shopify store.
