Do API errors count toward the transaction limit?

When you use the TaxJar API or have an integration powered by our  API (such as our WooCommerce plugin/Magento extension), then returned errors can add towards your total order limit. 

• As we explain here, any TaxJar API tax calculations or rate lookups that we provide are counted as 1/10th of an order towards your monthly order total. 
• Every rate lookup or request for a calculation is actively using our API's system resources in providing that result even if an error is returned. 
• Therefore, every ten error calculations or lookups will count as 1 order.
