How to search for an Order ID?
If you’d like to search for a transaction in your TaxJar account, please go to your Transactions page.
- To search for a Transaction on this page, then use CTRL + F (or, CMD + F for an Apple computer), and then enter the Order ID.
- You may need to scroll to the bottom of the transactions page and click “Load 50 more orders.” (See the image below.)
- Applying a filter (date range, state, tax collected) can help to narrow down the results.
