What is your refund policy?

If you have any questions regarding your subscription fees, please submit a request to support@taxjar.com with the following information: 

  1. The email address associated with your TaxJar account
  2. The payment date(s) of your subscription
    *As we state in our Terms of Service, you must let TaxJar know within sixty (60) days after the date that TaxJar bills you.

We review requests for refunds on a case-by-case basis. Please note, AutoFile credits are non-refundable and we discuss our AutoFile pricing here.
