What is your refund policy?
If you have any questions regarding your subscription fees, please submit a request to support@taxjar.com with the following information:
- The email address associated with your TaxJar account
- The payment date(s) of your subscription
*As we state in our Terms of Service, you must let TaxJar know within sixty (60) days after the date that TaxJar bills you.
Please note, AutoFile credits are non-refundable!
