How to upgrade your TaxJar subscription

You can directly upgrade from a Starter plan to our Professional plan within the TaxJar Account Plan & Billing page of your TaxJar account.

Note: Customers on a Basic plan can only self-serve upgrades to other Basic plan tiers. If you want to move from Basic to Professional, contact support@taxjar.com.

How to upgrade your TaxJar subscription

1. Open Account > Plan & Billing in your TaxJar account.
2. Review the plans available for your account and choose the plan that meets your needs.
3. Review the price and billing details shown in your account, then confirm the change.

If you do not see the plan you want, are unsure which plan applies, or cannot finish the upgrade, contact support@taxjar.com for help.

Is Professional the right plan for you?

Professional works well for many small and midsize businesses that need real-time sales tax calculations and multi-state reporting and filing. Review the current features and pricing on the TaxJar pricing page before changing your subscription.
