Why are my transactions not appearing in TaxJar?

If you've called /v2/transactions/orders and received a successful 201 HTTP status in your response and your transactions don't appear appearing in your TaxJar account after a few moments, it is possible that we are experiencing higher than normal volumes of requests at that time.

In this event, if you wait a couple of hours, the transactions should appear in your account. 

  • However, if you continue to notice missing transactions after a couple of hours, please contact us at support@taxjar.com.
