Multi-Access: Users & Roles
The ability to add multi-user access is built right into your TaxJar Plus account.
To get started, navigate to Account in the navigation bar of your Dashboard, then Users & Roles:
You can add users by clicking "Invite New User." The next screen will prompt you to send an invitation to their email address and choose a Role for that user:
- NOTE: If you added Users to your account prior to 10/10/18, you won't see the ability to assign a user role for those members, but you can "Remove" the user and send a new invitation to assign a permission level to those members.
Users you invite will see this message:
Once they accept your invitation, you'll also receive an email notification:
The next time you login to your TaxJar account, you'll see a list of users who have accepted your invitation and now have the ability to view your Reports.
- You can remove a Team member at any time by clicking the 'Remove' link next to their email address in your Users & Roles Dashboard.
