Does TaxJar's Sales Tax Report for Washington support Litter Tax?

Yes, we can show you an estimate of Litter Tax if you enable this feature in your State Settings for Washington.

  • Check the box next to "I am required to pay Litter Tax to the state.
  • Click the green "Save Information" button at the bottom of the page.

After you do this step, the Expected Sales Tax Due tab in your Washington Sales Tax Report will show an estimate of Litter Tax Due along with the Expected estimate for the Retailers B&O Tax Due:
