I need to update my AutoFile billing details

Your TaxJar subscription and the filing fee for each AutoFile return is billed to the card you have on file in your account. If you need to update this card, you can do so on the Plan & Billing page.

The sales taxes owed to the state for your sales tax return are not charged to your credit card on file.

• These funds are directly debited from the bank account by the state's DOR using the account number and routing number you provide in your AutoFile enrollment form. 
• We show you how to update your AutoFile bank account here.
• You will not be able to choose the date that your return is filed by AutoFile, nor the date that your account is debited by the state.
