How fast does TaxJar download my transactions?

Depending on your volume, when we do an initial import of your transactions for your free trial (data for the last 60 days), the process may take anywhere from 30 minutes to an hour for an average account.

• If you have higher transaction volume, this may slow things down a bit. You'll receive an email when the import is complete, and if you notice data is still missing, please contact us by emailing support so we can investigate.

How long does it take to import my CSV file?

This depends on the number of individual rows (Transactions) in your CSV file and will usually take anywhere from 30 minutes up to an hour. 

• If the CSV file has many rows, please note that the import may take more than an hour. The good news here is--you'll receive an email once TaxJar has finished importing your CSV file.
