What if I don't have an address in a specific state but I have nexus?

If you have nexus in a state without an address, you should include the FROM address (using the `from_` parameters) of where the sale took place when calculating sales tax for an order.

Ensure that you have all of your addresses on file with TaxJar. Alternatively, provide your nexus addresses in the request using `nexus_addresses`.
