Why don't I see Magento in my Linked Accounts?

Magento 1 is no longer supported. New Magento 1 account connections will no longer be supported, please use the Magento 2 integration. Learn more about this here. 

We've released a new update to our Magento 1 plugin (v3.0.0), and after upgrading our plugin to the latest version, you'll no longer see Magento in your TaxJar account's Linked Accounts page.

  • If you installed our Magento 1 plugin prior to November 2019, Magento was displayed as a Linked Accounts. 
  • With this plugin update, your Magento orders are now pushed through our API directly rather than being downloaded on a nightly basis.
    This means new orders will show up in TaxJar quickly!

If you haven't done so already, we recommend updating your Magento 1 extension to the latest version, and we provide instructions to do so here.

  • Rest assured that once you have completed these steps, you're connected and ready to go. 
  • Closed & completed orders should begin to appear in your TaxJar account shortly.
