The Magento 1 Extension is Not Automatically Syncing Transactions With TaxJar

Sometimes you might run into issues with your Magento store not automatically syncing transactions to TaxJar if you are on the latest version of our extension. What is likely occurring is our observer is being bypassed by a different extension, most likely a fulfillment extension.

What you'll need to do is modify the module load order to make sure to hook into our transaction sync event that would be triggered once an order is marked as 'complete' or a credit memo is marked as 'closed'.
