Fix WooCommerce Connection Issues

Sometimes, connections between TaxJar and your WooCommerce store will break.  

  • You will know this has happened when you see the error message below displayed in your TaxJar account:

My WooCommerce store isn't showing up in my Linked Accounts. How do I fix this?

The following steps should reset the connection and has a good probability of fixing the connection.

1. Disable the "Enable Order Download to TaxJar" option in the plugin
2. Click 'Save."
3. Re-enable the option to download orders to TaxJar. (Doing this will generate new credentials, send them to our servers, and create a new link.)
