Why are my Magento sales tax rates incorrect?

Magento 1 is no longer supported. New Magento 1 account connections will no longer be supported, please use the Magento 2 integration. Learn more about this here.

If your sales tax rates are incorrect, first make sure you are using the latest version of our Magento extension.

Next you will want to manually update your sales tax rates by going to the "Sales Tax Automation" page under System > Configuration. Simply click the "Save Config" button and wait a couple minutes to update your rates.

After updating your rates, verify your tax rates are correctly loaded in Magento.
