Shopify: Order status for importing
TaxJar imports Shopify orders that have a Payment Status of paid, refunded, and partially_refunded.
- Our system will skip importing orders that do not have one of the above listed Payment Statuses.
TaxJar will not import orders that have been archived, even if the order has one of the supported Payment Statuses that we import.
- Orders will have to be unarchived first to be successfully imported, which Shopify details how to do here.
- If you’re using automatic archiving, Shopify shows you have to disable this feature here.
