Can I export my transactions?

Yes! The CSV export feature is available to all of our customers.

How to Export your Transactions

From your Account's Dashboard, click on the TRANSACTIONS tab in the Navigation Bar at the top of the screen.

  • At the top right, click Actions.
  • Select Export CSV.

  • After the export is compiled, we’ll send you an email with a link to download your transactions.

I don't see the option to "Export CSV"

Please note, the system supports a single export request at a time. 

  • If you do not see this option, then you have an ongoing export processing. 
  • Once you request an export, you'll need to wait until you receive the completed export email before requesting an additional export.

Why does the Order export URL expire after 24 hours?

This 24-hour expiration is in place to maintain security and data privacy as we are dealing with exporting sensitive financial information.
